Eligibility
The One is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use a dating service in your country.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, the content you upload and how you interact with other people. Do not create accounts for other people, misrepresent who you are, or try to bypass safety controls.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, scam, impersonate or spam anyone, share illegal content, or share sexually explicit or exploitative material. Do not put contact details (phone numbers, social handles, links) in public profile fields. We may remove content, limit access or delete accounts that break these rules or put people at risk.
Matching, Likes and Favourites
The One provides tools for choosing, ranking, liking and matching with other people. They do not guarantee a match, a message, a date or a response. Compatibility signals are product features, not advice or promises.
Safety tools
You can block and report profiles in the app. Blocking hides you from each other. Reports are reviewed for policy violations and safety risks. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency services.
Subscriptions and paid features
Some features may require payment. Prices, renewal and cancellation options are shown before purchase by Google Play, the App Store or the payment provider. Entitlements are granted only after the provider confirms payment. Refunds follow the provider's rules.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Deletion is immediate and permanent. See how to delete your account.
Our service
We work to keep The One available and safe but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for meetings, conduct or content of other users. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law.
